PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a display device with the same are provided to prevent a leakage magnet, which is generated in the backlight unit, in a bottom cover. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting module includes a plurality of light emitting diodes and a module substrate. The light emitting module is placed in a bottom cover. A transformer(620) is mounted in a lower portion of a board. The transformer includes a coil(640) and another coil(650) which surrounds at least a portion of the core. A transformer cover(70) covers the transformer. A heat emitting cover(80) is placed between the transformer cover and the bottom cover. |
