PURPOSE: An array substrate, a display device with the same, and a method for operating the display device are provided to omit a laser trimming process using a first switching circuit. CONSTITUTION: A display area(120) includes pixels which are connected to a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines. A data driving unit(200) drives the data lines. A first switching circuit(310) is placed between a fan out unit(210) and the data driving unit. The first switching circuit shares charges between the data lines in an image display mode. A second switching circuit(420) is separated from the fan out unit in the image display mode.
