THIN FILM SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a crack of a photoelectric conversion unit by forming an uneven part of a front electrode with a curved shape. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode(110) is arranged on the upper side of a substrate(100). The front electrode includes light transmissive conductive materials to improve light transmittance. The front electrode is electrically connected to a photoelectric conversion unit(PV). The photoelectric conversion unit includes a P type semiconductor layer(120p), an I type semiconductor layer(120i), and an N type semiconductor layer(120n). A rear electrode(130) is formed on the N type semiconductor layer.
