PURPOSE: An infrared ray touch screen display device and a touch pointing determining method thereof are provided to accurately calculate a coordinate of an actual touch point by using a sensing result of first and third infrared ray camera sensor modules. CONSTITUTION: First to third infrared ray camera sensor modules(CAM1-CAM3) senses touch of a display unit. A touch data processor(TDP) generates touch data including the number of actual touch points and coordinates based on a sensing result of first to third infrared ray camera sensor modules.
