The headlight has an optical module (1) e.g. dipped beam type optical module, comprising a support (6) carrying a light source (2) e.g. LED, and movably mounted on the headlight around a pivoting axis (A1). A single articulation bearing (8) located in bottom and supporting the optical module and retrieving axial and radial efforts due to the optical module, such that driving units such as output shaft (10), articulation unit (11) and transmission unit (12) are separated from effort chains. The bearing is associated with a base (15) with a passage (20) and an axial friction part (21).
