PURPOSE: A granularity pharmaceutical preparation is provided to improve storage stability(stickiness and discoloration suppression). CONSTITUTION: A granularity pharmaceutical preparation contains: an agent selected from ibuprofen, naproxen, ketoprofen, and piroxicam; a water insoluble polymer compound selected from hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, carmellose calcium and crospovidon; and particles containing compounds selected from sugar fatty acid ester, and polyethylene glycol. A method for preparing granules comprises a step of co-pulverizing the agent, water insoluble polymer compounds, and the compounds selected from sugar fatty acid ester and polyethylene glycol; and a step of dry assembling the pulverized ingredients.
