PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an electronic paper display device is provided to minimize the gap between upper and lower substrates, thereby preventing driving particles from moving between cells. CONSTITUTION: A vibration generating machine(10,11) generates vibration to eliminate particles laminated on an open area of a screen mask and particles(3,4) attached to a partition wall(7) of an electrode substrate. Particles of a uniform percentage for a display medium are injected into a cell by vibration of the screen mask and the electrode substrate. |
