METHOD FOR SINTERING SILICON CARBIDE

PURPOSE: A method for sintering silicon carbide is provided to improve sintering characteristic by pulverizing silicon carbide powder and using silicon carbide powder with small diameters. CONSTITUTION: A method for sintering silicon carbide includes the following: first silicon carbide powder is prepared(ST10); the first silicon carbide powder is pulverized to form second silicon carbide powder(ST20); a sintering agent is mixed with the second silicon carbide powder to form granulated materials(ST40); and the granulated materials are sintered(ST50). The second silicon carbide powder forming process is implemented based on a ball mill device or an attrition mill device. The method further includes a washing process with respect to the second silicon carbide powder.
