PURPOSE: A broadcast content processing device and a method thereof are provided to enable a client terminal to generate additional information related to broadcast content using a keyword. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(910) receives broadcast content. The broadcast content comprises caption information. A caption extracting unit(920) extracts the caption information from the received broadcast content. A keyword detecting unit(930) detects one or more keywords from the caption information. One or more keywords are related to the broadcast content. A transmission unit(940) transmits one or more keywords to a client terminal.
