PURPOSE: A personal number service system and establishment method thereof are provided to guarantee business continuity regardless of places by providing a personal number service to the user. CONSTITUTION: An IP(Internet Protocol) exchanger(20) processes an originating call and a receiving call. A personal number service server(30) determines personal number establishment for telephone number inputted from the IP exchanger. The personal number service server provides a personal number or an actual number to the IP exchanger. The personal number service server establishes the personal number as the actual number of an originating telephone(10). A personal number DB(DataBase)(40) stores the actual number corresponding to the personal number and an established password according to the establishment of the personal number service server.
