PURPOSE: A chip type transformer is provided to minimize the number of stacks and thickness by concentrically arranging first and second coils in the same layer. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(100) has a chip structure formed by printing coil patterns on magnetic green sheets. The transformer includes a coil part(50) and a core part(40). The coil part includes a first coil(50a) and a second coil(50b) formed by printing coil patterns on a magnetic green sheet corresponding to an insulating layer. The first and second coils are concentrically arranged in the same layer, where the first coil is located inside the second coil.
