PURPOSE: A Korean paper lighting device is provided to obtain an enhanced dimming effect of lighting by using Korean paper having textures of nature. CONSTITUTION: A pulse generator(10) continuously generates pulses having a fixed cycle. A binary counter(20) generates four-bit binary codes with respect to the pulses generated by the pulse generator. A code converter(30) converses the four-bit binary codes from the binary counter into the decimal codes. A CR circuit(40) implements charging and discharging according to the decimal codes of the code converter. A driver(50) drives LEDs(60) according to voltage charged in the CR circuit, having a function of gradually decreasing the brightness of the LEDs according to discharge voltage. The LEDs have various colors including red, blue, green, yellow, and white.
