The present invention relates to a method for a terminal to transmit a message in a wireless communication system. In more detail, the method includes: receiving a first message including information regarding at least one or more services from a network; and when the terminal is to receive a specific service from at least one or more services, transmitting a second message indicating a specific region and the specific service in response to the first message. More preferably, the method further includes receiving system information which provides information regarding at least one region.
