PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of correct temperature measurement, using a thermocouple. SOLUTION: The measuring device includes a rectangular parallelopiped case 11, a terminal board 12 having base ends, fixed of a plurality of terminals 42 each connectable with a plurality of thermocouples, also facing the front face 23a of the case 11 and is provided inside the case 11 so that a leading edge 42b of each terminal 42 is located in an aperture 31 formed on the front face 23a; a measuring part structured to be capable of measuring a temperature of an object to be measured equipped with the thermocouple, based on the potential difference between a pair of terminals 42, having the thermocouple connected and a temperature in the vicinity of each terminal 42 and provided in the case 11; and the terminal board 12 provided facing the terminal board 12 while in contact with and electrically insulated from a base end 42a of each terminal 42 for soaking the temperature of each terminal 42. The case 11 has bleeders 33a and 33b which are formed, in the vicinity of a region where an end surface of a soaking plate 13 provided opposite to the terminal board 12 is arranged.
