PURPOSE: A system and a method for forcibly regenerating the DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) of construction machines having hydraulic pumps are provided to burn fine dust inside the DPF by exothermic-reaction between high temperature exhaust gas and DOC. CONSTITUTION: A system and a method for forcibly regenerating the DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) of construction machines having hydraulic pumps comprises a diesel engine(20), a hydraulic system, a diesel particulate filter, and a DPF regenerating unit. The hydraulic pumps are electric hydraulic pumps, which adjust the discharged flow rate by controlling current in a state that the hydraulic system is sealed. Non-working loads are generated while the discharged flow rate of the electric hydraulic pump increases without driving working machines in a state that the hydraulic system is opened. The temperature of exhaust gas increases as the heat generation rate of the diesel engine increases.
