<p>The invention relates to a microwave dielectric resonator, the preparation method thereof, and a microwave dielectric duplexer. The preparation method comprises: mixing and ball milling/sand milling of main materials in preset ratio to obtain a first mixed powder, said main materials comprise Mg (OH)2, CaCO3 and TiO2; mixing and ball milling/sand milling of trace additive materials in preset ratio to obtain a second mixed powder, said trace additive materials comprise ZrO2, Nb2O5 and Y2O3; mixing and ball milling/sand milling of the first and the second mixed powder and granulating to obtain a third mixed powder; casting molding and sintering the third mixed powder to obtain the microwave dielectric resonator. By the method of the invention, the sintering temperature is lowered, the sintering densification is improved, and the Q value performance and frequency stability are enhanced.</p> |
