PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing open-holes of an engine room for construction equipment is provided to improve cooling performance by controlling the opening and closing range of open-holes formed on a side door of an engine room. CONSTITUTION: A device(1) for opening and closing an open-hole of an engine room for construction equipment comprises a sliding door(10) and support rails(20). The sliding door is installed in the inner side of a side door(100) of an engine room to be horizontally slid and controls the opening and closing range of open-holes(H) formed on the side door. The support rails are installed in the inner side of the side door and support the sliding door.
