PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for preparing whole soybean curd and whole soymilk are provided to enable users to produce the whole soybean curd and whole soymilk using simple equipment without forced cooling facilities. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preparing whole soybean curd and whole soymilk comprises the following: a steaming tank(210) including an agitator(203) mixing soybean powder and water, and a heater(213) heating the obtained soymilk; a storage tank(220) including a vacuum pump(223) transferring the heated soymilk using vacuum pressure, and a stirrer stirring the transferred soymilk; a transfer pump transferring the soymilk into a fixed quantity distributor(230); and the fixed quantity distributor including a coagulant feeder(231) and an additive feeder(235) supplying a coagulant and an additive into the soymilk inside an individual packaging container(280). The steaming tank and the storage tank are connected to a transfer pipe, and are horizontally installed on the ground. An on-off valve is combined to the connection portion of the steaming tank and the transfer pipe. |
