PURPOSE: A hot water boiler having a piston pump is provided to improve durability and to reduce noise generated when the piston moves inside a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A hot water boiler having a piston pump comprises a heating hose, connecting hoses, a circulation pump, and a unit(D) for heating a thermal medium. The heating hose is installed in objects(C) to be heated. The connecting hoses are connected to the heating hose. The circulation pump forcibly circulates the thermal medium to the heating hose. The circulation pump circulates the thermal medium in a cylinder(B) with one piston(A) at the same time.
