PURPOSE: An automatic manual transmission and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the ride quality of a vehicle by reducing shifting shocks when starting or completing a shift operation. CONSTITUTION: A main driving gear is installed at an input shaft(30). A driven gear is installed at an output shaft. The driven gear is connected to the main driving gear. A starting clutch(10) determines whether or not an engine transfers power to the input shaft. A power transmission unit(50) transfers engine power to the output shaft. A housing is provided with the engine power. A plate is detachably installed at the housing and is connected to the input shaft. A pressure unit presses or separates the housing and the plate.
