PURPOSE: A high efficient outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to improve heat exchanging efficiency by inclining a condenser and cooling fans. CONSTITUTION: A high efficient outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a compressor(30), a condenser(40), and a cooling fan(50). The compressor is installed in the case of the outdoor unit and compresses coolant. The condenser condenses the compressed coolant. The cooling fan is coupled with a motor for heat exchange. The condenser is bent to open one side portion heading to a discharging hole. Cooling fans are installed to be inclined to the bent portion of the condenser.
