PURPOSE: A transfer film for in mold and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to embody various three dimensional patterns on the surface of a releasing layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transfer film for in mold comprises the following steps: forming a releasing layer on the top of a primer layer(110) by using a silk screen; forming a coating layer(130) on the top of a releasing layer(120); forming printing layers(140) on the top of the hard coating layer; forming a primer layer(150) on top of the printing layer; forming an adhesive layer(160) on top of the primer layer; installing the silk screen on top which is separated from the primer layer; spreading a release agent composition on the surface of the silk screen; coating the release agent composition on top of the primer layer by passing the release agent composition through the silk screen.
