<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring and controlling apparatus capable of displaying an image through which even a person can visually confirm the presence of an obstacle etc. with ease and at the same time suitably controlling opening and closing of an automatic door opening/closing device according to the presence of the obstacle etc. <P>SOLUTION: An image output processing section 7 outputs image data after being subjected to picture quality enhancement processing by a picture quality enhancement processing section 6 to an image display device 8 and an image video recording device 9, and a subject judgment processing section 5 simultaneously control display of the image display device 8, video recording of the image video recording device 9, and opening and closing of the automatic door opening/closing device 1 according to the presence/absence of the obstacle and of a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
