The integrated sensor chip unit (1) has a circuit arrangement for wireless energy supply and polling of measurement data. The device is an integration-compatible sensor (2) and the circuit arrangement is an integrated semiconducting component (3). The sensor and the component are joined by a micro system technology arrangement to make an integrated sensor chip unit.
