PURPOSE: A pad for fingerprint recognition is provided to enable a scanner to accurately recognize fingerprints by increasing light transmission without distortion of light. CONSTITUTION: A base layer(110) includes a top unit which is formed in first height and a bottom unit which is formed in second height. A bonding layer(120) is formed on the top of the bottom unit. A transformation prevention layer(130) is formed on the top of the bonding layer. The base layer is included in silicon. The transformation prevention layer is formed in polycarbonate.
