PURPOSE: A clip is provided to prevent binded reinforcing bars from being separated from each other even if concrete is placed on the reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: A clip(1) comprises protruded parts(1a,1a'), a through hole(6), and saw-tooth parts(4,4'). Protrusions(2,2') and grooves(3,3') are formed on the saw-tooth parts. When the clip is coupled, a rotator is inserted into the through hole and rotated inside the through hole.
