<p>PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to stably manufacture high-quality non-oriented electrical steel sheets by properly managing the component ratios of Al, Si, Mn, N, and S. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic properties comprises Al of 0.7-2.7wt%, Si of 0.2-1.0wt%, Mn of 0.2-1.7wt%, Sb of 0.1wt% or less, N of 0.001-0.004wt%, S of 0.0005-0.004wt%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount, where the contents of Al, Mn, N, S, and Si satisfy the following equations, {[Al]+[Mn]}Δ2.0, 0.002Δ{[N]+[S]}Δ0.006, 230Δ{([Al]+[Mn])/([N]+[S])}Δ1,000, and 1.0Δ{[Al]+[Si]+[Mn]/2}Δ2.0.</p> |
