<p>Disclosed are a paint cartridge for an electrostatic coating apparatus and an electrostatic coating apparatus including the same capable of reducing the amount of paint to be discarded when color is changed and capable of simplifying control of supply/discharge of operating liquid to/from the paint cartridge during washing. During washing of a paint cartridge (10), air and washing solution are supplied to a squashed paint bag (12) through an upper end opening (12b) thereof so that the paint bag (12) is expanded. When the paint bag (12) is expanded, operating liquid inside an operating liquid chamber (enclosed space; 14) of the paint cartridge (10) is collected through an operating liquid discharge path (26) inside the cartridge. In the next step, the operating liquid is supplied to the operating liquid chamber (enclosed space; 14) of the paint cartridge (10) through an operating liquid supply path (22) inside the cartridge so that the paint bag (12) is squashed, and drives the washing solution to be discharged from a lower end opening (12c) of the paint bag (12).</p> |
