PURPOSE: An air purifier is provided to solve the problem of a humidifying filter becoming contaminated due to growth of bacteria or mold by preventing a humidifying filter from being inundated by the humidifying water of a tray. CONSTITUTION: An air purifier includes a main body(100), a rotator(150), a tray(220), a humidifying gear(210), a lifter, and a humidifying filter. The main body includes a blowing fan(130) circulating air. The rotator is arranged at one side of the main body. Humidifying water is arranged in the tray, and the tray is arranged at the main body. The humidifying gear is rotatably arranged at the tray and rotates based on the torque of the rotator. The lifter is arranged at the humidifying gear and is connected to the rotator. The lifter is submerged in the humidifying water, and the humidifying filter receives the humidifying water from the lifter. The humidifying filter is arranged in the humidifying gear.
