PURPOSE: An apparatus for remotely controlling IPTV is provided to enable the disabled person to conveniently use a remote controller function. CONSTITUTION: A left input unit(111) and a right input unit(112) receive influence of a user. A signal converting unit(113) converts inputted influence into a signal of the left input unit and the right input unit. The signal converting unit converts influence into an electric signal. A signal output unit(114) converts the converted signal into an output signal. The signal output unit transmits the output signal to a set top box.
