Rotating tray drier for fresh fruits and vegetables applied for dehydrating food, which consists in a cylindrical-shaped drying chamber (12) coated with a thermal insulating material, inside the chamber there is a structure comprising several elements assembled therebetween such as: rotation axis, which is a tube (1) with 4 solepieces welded in the middle portion (2) thereof; 2 crosspieces (3) for attaching the rotation axis, since they house 12 arms (6) also in a tube material, which are in charge of supporting 6 tray-carriers (10) and 18 trays (9), where the food to be dehydrated is located (fresh fruit and vegetables), the rear portion including a hopper (13) for the air inlet, and the upper portion an air outlet were an axial fan (14) is located, this system totally improving the drier efficiency upon rotating the trays in an opposite direction the air flow.
