<p>PURPOSE: A steel sheet with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance for an oil sand slurry pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain high wear resistance even in a severe wear condition by controlling steel component systems and microstructures. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance for an oil sand slurry pipe comprises C of 0.2-0.35wt.%, Si of 0.1-0.5wt.%, Mn of 0.5-1.8wt.%, Ni of 0.2-0.6wt.%, P of 0.03wt.% or less, S of 0.03wt.% or less, Al of 0.05wt.% or less(0 is exclusive), N of 0.2-0.6wt.%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.</p> |
