PURPOSE: An oriented electrical steel sheet with high magnetism and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain very low core loss by reducing the amount of Al precipitates and oxides in a secondarily recrystallized steel sheet to minimize the disturbance of magnetic domain wall motion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an oriented electrical steel sheet with high magnetism comprises a step of hot-rolling slab, which comprises Si of 2.0-4.5wt.%, C of 0.001-0.10wt.%, Al of 0.010wt.% or less, Mn of 0.08wt.% or less, N of 0.005wt.% or less, S of 0.002-0.050wt.%, and Fe and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount, a step of performing one time of cold-rolling or two or more times of cold-rolling including intermediate annealing, a step of performing decarburization and recrystallization annealing, and performing secondary recrystallization annealing. |
