PURPOSE: A broadband meta material is provided to easily control dielectric constants, magnetic permeability, and refractive index because conductors and conductor connectors are arranged on both sides of a single flat board or curved board. CONSTITUTION: A broadband meta material comprises a dielectric(130), one side conductor(100), the other side conductor(110), and a connecting conductor(120). The one side conductor, comprising first and second one side conductors(101,102) arranged at an interval, is arranged on one side of the dielectric. The other side conductor is arranged on the other side of the dielectric in order to control dielectric constant, magnetic permeability, and refractive index. The connecting conductor interlinks one and the other side conductors.
