PURPOSE: A call priority control method in a mobile communication system is provided to effectively control priority given to calls according to a wireless environment in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A call priority control apparatus compares the throughput of a current cell with previously established threshold values(S130). When the throughput is less than the threshold values, the apparatus determines the number of processed calls(S140). When the number of the processed calls is more than one, the apparatus checks the basic priority of calls(S150). When the priority calls are different from each other, the apparatus confirms the wireless channel state quality of the each call(S160). The apparatus controls the priority of each call according to the wireless channel state.
