SYSTEM FOR THE LOCATION AND INFORMATION OF CELLULAR TELEPHONE USERS BEING UNDER LOW-LEVEL SAFETY

Novelty: System for the improvement of the safety level of cellular telephone users by location of these last and information supplied. Constitution: A software-application installed in cellular telephones and software-applications-databases installed on the central servers of the cellular telephony companies. The applications intercommunicate via the same cellular telephony network in a ciphered manner. The system performs three operations: 1) location -in an automatic or manual manner- of the cellular telephone users who -for varying reasons- are subjected to low level of safety (low-safety cellular telephone device); 2) automatic suggestion (via use of multi-media training material) of the adequate methods, movements and optimal practices that the user should follow for re-establishing high levels of safety; 3) ciphered communication and data interchange between the application of the cellular telephone and the servers of the provider's network. Purpose: The embodiment of said application by cellular telephone providers and its pre-installation by the manufacturers of cellular telephone devices will lead to the efficient coping of safety threats and, thereby, to higher profits due to enlarged use of the invented system.
