PURPOSE: A mold for forming cookware is provided to easily separate a metal plate material from the mold even if the bottom of the metal plate material is thick. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming cookware comprises an upper mold(10) and a lower mold(20). The upper mold comprises a forming element(11) which has a flange forming rim(12) for forming a flange on cookware, a pressing element(13) which presses a metal plate material(1) and hung on the flange forming rim, and a lifting element(15) which is lifted by a hydraulic cylinder(14). The lower mold comprises a forming groove(21) for forming the exterior of cookware, a mounting groove(22) in which the metal plate material is placed, a supporting element(24) which moves downward to form thick bottom of cookware, a spring(23) which moves completed cookware to separate, and a center projection which sets the position of an electromagnetic induction plate.
