PURPOSE: A system for transmitting and receiving wireless power and data is provided to remove a resonant frequency matching process for improving transmission efficiency according to the change of an operation environment by using a transmission unit and a reception unit which are separated from a power input and output unit. CONSTITUTION: A power input unit(110) receives power and charges a parallel capacitor. A modulating unit modulates the first data by controlling the power charged in the parallel capacitor. A switch control unit controls switches according to a transmission timing. A transmitting unit(130) transmits the charged power and the modulated first data by magnetic coupling. A demodulating unit demodulates the modulated second data based on the power charged in the parallel capacitor.
