DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of back side light transmission by forming a counter-electrode having a high electrochemical activity. CONSTITUTION: A dye-sensitized semiconductor electrode(11) includes an anode(111), a TiO2 layer(112), and a dye(113). A counter-electrode(12) is located in an opposite side of the dye-sensitized semiconductor electrode. A first transparent electrode(121) and a Pt(Platinum) film(122) are included. The Pt film is formed on the first transparent electrode by using a DC(Direct Current) sputtering device. An electrolyte(13) is formed between the dye-sensitized semiconductor electrode and the counter-electrode.
