DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING BACKLIGHT ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A display device with a backlight assembly is provided to separate a light source from a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate(140) receives light through at least one light incident surface. The light guide plate outputs the receiving light through an upper side. A display panel(120) displays an image by receiving the light. Separating members are formed between a light source(153) and the light guide plate or both sides of the light source. The separating members separate the light source and the light incident surface.
