PURPOSE: An anti-deflection device for a switching plate of a buried bicycle rack is provided to obtain high safety and to prevent inflow of foreign materials to a buried box. CONSTITUTION: An anti-deflection device for a switching plate of a buried bicycle rack comprises a supporting device for supporting a bottom surface of a surface plate(120) of a bicycle rack in which an insertion hole(122) is formed so that a bottom surface of a first switching plate(125) or a second switching plate(125a) cannot be deflected. While the supporting device is rotated by external force, the first or the second switching plate is descended. The supporting device comprises at least one mounting block(10) arranged at the bottom of the surface plate, a rotating rod(20) arranged on the mounting block, a pressurized piece(22) for applying the external force to one end of the rotating rod, and a supporting unit(30) for releasing supporting force from the bottom surface of the first or the second switching plate by rotation.
