The basis of the invention resides in new high special material in powder form being with its specific properties at advanced level when compare with till now produced and offered products in this field. It differs by its chemical composition - adding of alloying element phosphorus in amount from 2.00 to 2.50 % by weight. The application of the newly developed product is mainly in the field of machine industry and power industry.
