PURPOSE: A semiconductor composition is provided to impart high field effect mobility, and excellent stability in case of being used in a semiconductor layer of a device. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor composition comprises a polymer binder, and a small molecule semiconductor in chemical formula 1. The semiconductor composition can form a layer with field effect mobility of 0.10 cm / V x second or higher. In chemical formula 1, R1 is respectively selected from substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, substituted or unsubstituted aryl, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl, alkoxy, alkylthio, trialkylsilyl, ketonyl, cyano, and halogen, m and n, as numbers of R1 side chain on phenyl or naphthyl ring, are respectively and independently an integer from 0-6, X is selected from a group consisting of O, S , and Se, and a, b, and c are independently 0 or 1.
