PURPOSE: A satellite on-board baseband packet switching apparatus for multiple beams satellite communication is provided to reduce construction costs of a communication system by embodying a single on-board baseband packet switching apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A first input unit(210) changes first external data into a first data format. A second input unit(250) changes second external data into a second data format. A first output unit(220)changes a first output signal into an external data format. A second output unit(240) changes a second output signal into a second external data format. A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(230) executes a path control function by using a packet switching method between a first and a second output signal.
