PURPOSE: A polyester film for protecting a polarizing plate is provide to conduct an accurate inspection by a cross nicol method of a polarizing plate, and to have excellent transparence, and to have excellent transparency and antistatic property together with excellent tape peeling force, and staining resistance. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film for protecting a polarizing plate comprises a polyester substrate film, an antistatic layer spread by antistatic coating liquid on at least one side of the polyester film. The antistatic coating liquid comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a conductive polymer resin, 100-1000 parts by weight of polyurethane resin, 100-2000 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, and 30-300 parts by weight of fluorinated resin. The conductive polymer resin is an aqueous dispersion of polyanion and polythiophene, or an aqueous dispersion of a poylanion and polythiophene derivative.
