PURPOSE: An impedance matching method of a variable antenna module is provided to improve the speed of impedance matching through efficient impedance matching according to frequency band. CONSTITUTION: An impedance matching method of a variable antenna module comprises the steps of: detecting the frequency of electric waves transmitted and received in a cellular phone(S11), determining a high or low band(S12), fixing the value of a serial capacitor to a certain value and searching for the optimum value of a parallel capacitor and the optimum value of the serial capacitor if the detected frequency is greater than a specified frequency(S13,S14), and fixing the value of the parallel capacitor to a certain value and searching for the optimum value of the serial capacitor if the detected frequency is less than the specified frequency(S15,S16). |
