PURPOSE: An ultrasonic drying device and an ultrasonic drying method are provided to automatically dry various objects by changing the frequency of an ultrasonic generator depending on the type of the objects. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic drying device(1) comprises an input unit(10), a moving unit(20), a drying unit(30), a sorting unit(40), and a circulation duct unit(50). Objects are put into the input unit. The moving unit moves the objects to the drying unit. The drying unit dries the moved objects. The sorting unit sorts the objects passing through the drying unit. The circulation duct unit is connected to the drying unit and the sorting unit. High-temperature air circulates in the circulation duct unit. An ultrasonic generator is installed on the drying unit or the sorting unit and induces resonance to dry the objects.
