PURPOSE: An automatic power light emitting device is provided to use without a separate electric supplying tool and increase practicality and ease. CONSTITUTION: An automatic power light emitting device comprises a magnetic material(10) and a lighting material(20). The magnetic material is composed of a joint which is combined to hub-spokes(1a) in wheels(1). The wheel moves forward by rotating wheel. In the magnetic material, a permanent magnet(11) is fitted and combined. The luminous body comprises a case, a substrate, an LED lamp and a cover. An induction coil is rolled inside the case and the induction coil and a chargeable battery are built inside. The case includes a fastener. The fastener is connected to a support frame which supports wheels. The substrate is electrically connected to the chargeable battery built in the case. The LED lamp is electrically connected to a substrate. The cover is combined in the outside of the case in order to protect the LED lamp.
