PURPOSE: A magnetic resonance coil device is provided to reduce loss between the magnetic resonance coil device and the data receiving unit of a magnetic resonance device due to a mall gap between a transmission antenna unit and a data receiving antenna. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency unit(24) is arranged at the minimum interval from a signal processing unit(19) so that a receiving antenna unit(17) is densely arranged with the signal processing unit and the high frequency unit in a magnetic resonance coil device(10). A transmission antenna array(26) or an individual transmission antenna(27) of the transmission antenna array has a gap(30) of 0.3cm or more from the high frequency unit.
