PURPOSE: A bicycle for exercising is provided to exercise regardless of weather and increase exercise effects. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle for exercising comprises a rear hub axial part(100), a rear hub, a drop out part, a rear hub axial housing, a seat stay and a chain stay, a brake disk, a multi-layer sprocket and a power transmission part. The brake disk and a multi-layer sprocket are attached to both ends of the rear hub. The power transmission part(200) rotates rollers under front-wheels of the bicycle, attaches a fly wheel(232), rotates a spline shaft(225), and attaches eddy-current brake to on outer circumference of the fly wheel by using a chain(015), gears, universal joints, couplings, the spline shaft, a timing pulley, and a timing belt.
